What Hamilton did in the video she shared was to preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Then, she took a muffin tray and sprayed it with cooking spray and poured a centimetre of water in each compartment. After this, she cracked open an egg each into the muffin tray and simply popped the eggs into the oven until they were cooked. She retrieved the poached eggs from the tray with the help of a spoon. The results of the poached eggs hack looked absolutely divine and ready to dig into!

“Whether you’re making breakfast for 1, 2 or 12 people, with this method, every egg is poached to perfection – no stress and perfect yolks,” wrote Hamilton in the caption of the post. She further explained how the tin that she used required only a centimetre of water so that each egg was adequately covered with water. Further, it depends on the capacity of the oven on how quickly it can cook the eggs, so it’s a good idea to keep checking every couple of minutes.
