Mili Juli Sabzio Ka Achaar is a tempting mix of crunchy veggies like carrot, cauliflower and turnip, boiled, sundried for about a day. These veggies are then combined with a spicy mix of onion paste, roasted garam masala, ginger garlic paste, degi mirch, salt and jaggery. The mix is kept in sunlight for about a week for fermentation so the pickle gets as much flavour as possible before it is mixed and ready to spruce up your next meal!

This mixed vegetable pickle is a great way to add more veggies into your diet. One can pair parathas, chapatis, or rice with this pickle.
