You have to stuff gucchi mushroom with cous cous, khoya, cheddar cheese, pomegranate seeds, and spices. Then marinate it with cashew paste, cream, yogurt and coconut paste. Yes, this recipe leaves nothing that can be used to infuse lusciousness to tandoori mushrooms. Spices like kasoori methi, brown onion paste, black pepper, cumin powder, coriander leaves, and ginger garlic paste just enhance the flavours, and tandoor imparts an attractive glaze and smoky flavour to it

Ingredients:
4 Gucchi mushroom
1 tbsp Cous cous
1 tsp Pomegranate seed
1 tsp Cashew paste
1 tbsp Khoya
1 tbsp Chedar Cheese
2 tbsp Cream
2 tbsp yogurt
1/2 tsp Kasoori methi
1 tbsp Brown onion paste
1 tsp Coconut paste
1/4 tsp Black pepper
1/4 tsp Cumin powder
1 tsp Corainder Leaves, chopped
1 tbsp Ginger garlic paste
1/4 tsp Green Cardamom powder
Salt to taste
Method:
1. Stuff the gucchi mushroom with cous cous, khoya, cheedar cheese, pomegranate seed, cardamom powder and salt.
2. In a Bowl add rest of the ingredients whisk well and check seasonings.
3. Apply the marination on gucchi.
4. Skewer it in tandoor for 10-15 minutes.
5. Serve hot.
