As the name suggests, butter, garlic and pepper enhance and bring out the true flavours of the crab. You just have to cook the crab in a mixture of sauteed onions with garlic, black pepper powder and tons of butter, for 10-15 minutes. A little cooking tip for you – make sure to break the crab into leg pieces, which are easier to cook and simmer better in the onion-garlic gravy. Do try this butter garlic pepper crab recipe. 

Here’s the complete, step-by-step recipe of butter pepper garlic crab –

Ingredients:

1 fresh crab, broken in pieces

1 cup butter

1/2 cup garlic, chopped

1/2 cup onions, chopped

1 cup water

1 tbsp black pepper, crushed

Method:

1. In a pan, add melted butter and chopped garlic. Mix well.

2. Add more butter and add chopped onions to it.

3. Pour water in the pan. Stir everything well.

4. Add butter to it.

5. Then add the pieces of crab into it. Mix well.

6. Cook for 10-15 minutes.

7. Add the crushed black pepper onto the crab.

8. Serve hot.
