The Coronavirus pandemic is getting scarier day by day with the cases reaching a new number every morning. Amidst all of this, the only good part is how we all are getting to spend time at home and a chance to do many things that we might not get time for otherwise. And eating our heart out with our family might be one of those. And the same is with our Bollywood celebrities. Deepika Padukone has been keeping us updated with all her food shenanigans while she is at home due to lockdown. Recently, she took to Instagram to share a picture of what she called, “the simplest, most comforting yet decadent dessert” that she and Ranveer have ever had!

On Saturday evening, Deepika posted this absolutely delicious-looking picture of a dessert on her Instagram stories that even got us craving! Take a look:

She gave a shout-out to a local baker, Elisha Parikh, who is 14 years old and have already won over Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh with her prowess. The ‘Piku’ actor, in an adorable caption, revealed, “This has got to be the simplest, most comforting yet decadent dessert we have ever had! Thank you Eli the baker (p.s she is only 14!!) for this gorgeous weekend treat. We love you!” It is quite clear how she is so impressed with the little baker. And must be so, after all the sweet treat does look like quite a yummy treat.

Both Deepika and Ranveer are foodies at heart and simply cannot resist a sight of a sinful dessert. We have seen multiple Instagram posts and stories of the adorable couple, loading up on either a hazelnut jar or exquisite chocolates.
