The Tandoori Paneer Tikka is also a much-loved appetiser among all age groups. Marinated cottage cheese cubes are skewered and grilled Indian-style on a tandoor to give a range of flavours that are incomparable to anything else.

Although we all love to eat Paneer Tikka whenever we go out, when the chance comes to make it at home, we all falter. But the recipe of a Tandoori Paneer Tikka is actually not complicated at all and can be easily made at home too! Cooked with simple ingredients that are readily available within the Indian kitchen, this Paneer Tikka recipe is one you should definitely try. The resulting dish will be lip-smacking and absolutely delicious, and something you can’t go without eating for too long!

If the Tandoori-style of cooking does not suit you, the tikka can also be made by baking in the oven. Simply pre-heat your oven to 450 F (232 celsius) for 15-20 minutes, then bake at the same temperature for 10 minutes and then broil for 2-3 minutes. Apart from this, the recipe requires cottage cheese cubes, and only a few spices and yogurt for marination. With these basic requirements, you’re ready to go!
