To begin the recipe, mix coffee powder with hot water. The water need not be boiling hot. Keep it aside. Now for the chocolate pudding, mix cocoa powder, sugar, corn flour and milk. Make sure there are no lumps. Heat it on medium flame. Cook the mixture until the milk starts to thicken, and keep stirring to ensure no lumps are being formed. Now, add some vanilla essence, and chopped chocolates, (this step is completely optional). Cook till it starts to bubble. Let it cool down for a while. Now assemble the biscuit pudding. Dip some biscuits in coffee mixture and set the first layer of biscuit on a tray, and slather it over with some chocolate pudding. Then start making the second layer with coffee-dipped biscuits, followed by another layer of the pudding. Repeat this process until the tray is filled. You can also add some chopped and roasted walnuts over the chocolate layers for that extra crunch.
