Yes, the vegetable is all water and nutrients. Coriander leaves on the other hand is teeming with antioxidants too. How To Make Cucumber and Coriander Juice:

Ingredients:

  • 1 small to medium sized cucumber, sliced
  • 5-7 grams of coriander leaves
  • 1 tsp lemon juice

Method:

  • Take a blender, and add cucumber, coriander leaves and blend. If the consistency is too thick you can add a teaspoon or two of water. Add citrusy punch of lemon juice and blend again.
  • Strain and drink the juice.
