Andhra-style chicken curry has spices and herbs like cinnamon, clove and bay leaf sautéed in oil along with ginger-garlic paste, onion and chicken chunks. It is then cooked with a host of spices including turmeric, green chilli, curry leaves, red chilli powder, cashew nut and poppy seed paste, chicken masala, kasoori methi, garam masala, and dhaniya powder, until the chicken is cooked well. The aroma of this chicken curry is enough to capture everyone’s attention! This is best served with a pot full of steamed rice.
