Easy Paneer Kheera Salad Recipe –
(Makes 1 medium bowl for one)
Half cup grated paneer
Juice of half lemon
1 tsp vinegar
1 tbsp honey
Salt to taste
Black pepper powder to taste
Step 1 – Chop cucumber, onion and tomato into small dices and toss them in a bowl.
Step 2 – Add grated paneer, salt and black pepper powder and mix well.
Step 3 – Make salad dressing by mixing lemon juice, vinegar and honey together till you get a smooth syrup.
Step 4 – Drizzle the salad with the dressing and serve.
