Shilpa Shetty is one of the fittest people in the industry today, and is also a social media influencer in her own right. Her healthy and tasty recipes truly win the hearts of her followers. The diva is super fit and maintains a strict diet regime at all times, except for Sundays when she lets her hair down and binges on what she really likes to eat. “Chia, mango, flaxseeds, and Overnight soaked oats in almond milk #breakfast,” wrote the actress in her Instagram story. Her breakfast bowl indeed looked refreshing and delicious. The Mango cubes gave the simple soaked oats a fruity spin, and also gave the breakfast a natural sweetness that comes with the summer fruit. Chia seeds and flaxseeds both are superfoods in their own right, adding the much-needed good fats to the meal. Further, Shilpa Shetty used almond milk instead of regular milk, making the whole recipe vegan and a wholesome meal in itself!
