Here is the step-by-step recipe of Kashmiri Kahwa:
- 1 tsp Kashmiri Green Tea
- 3 cups water
- 1/2-inch cinnamon stick
- 8-10 cardamom
- 2 tsp almonds
- 7-8 saffron
- Heat water in a pan.
- Add some cardamoms and crush them.
- Boil water in a kettle.
- Add crushed cinnamon, green tea leaves and cardamoms in the boiling water and let it simmer for 3-4 minutes.
- Strain the tea and pour into the serving cup
- Add almond and saffron strands to it.
- Serve hot.
